  • Giorgio Chiarello

    Giorgio Chiarello est un champion italien de Flair Bartending.
    Le plus titré d'Italie, parmi les barmans les plus forts et les plus influents du monde. Son nom figure parmi les premières places sur la liste de classement WFA. Parmi les plus convoitées du secteur Flair Bartending.
    En tant qu'expert, il a participé, en tant que formateur, à des projets liés aux techniques de barman américain dans diverses villes italiennes. Il a été le protagoniste de certaines émissions de télévision, comme "Tu si que valer" sur la chaîne 5, et "Si può fare" sur Rai1.
    Il collabore avec de nombreuses marques nationales et internationales, réalisant des activités de promotion et de conseil en tant qu'ambassadeur. Ses projets et collaborations vont également à l'étranger: Corée, Tokyo et Yokohama, où il fréquente l'un des meilleurs bars à cocktails du Japon, le "New Jack". Giorgio, à ce jour, compte d'innombrables victoires dans les compétitions nationales et internationales.

    In recent years, she has participated in more than 30 international competitions, and she has won the best female prize several times, including the best female bartender at the 2018 Roadhouse World Finals.

  • Enrico Fiore

    He started his career at the best bar in the middle city, deepening his "know-how", that is to say his knowledge in the field and improving day by day, until he go teach at school, where he started his career as a bartender.
    He became a master trainer, which enabled him to go to the largest school in the world, the most renowned in terms of education: the EBS (European Bartender School).
